It’s time for a refresh over here – and truly I’m still trying to figure out what this will shape up to but…my name is Alex Fisher-Wagner, currently 27 (as of 2025), a college drop-out, full-time digital marketing specialist, home cook / barista / roaster, and the hands behind the keyboard of Craving to Create!

Craving to Create in the beginning was a YouTube channel while I was in college at UC Davis. However, as time has passed, it has shifted and evolved. Now in it’s current state it is an Instagram/TikTok, Threads, a Substack, and this site! Will it be consistent? I don’t know but I’d like to hope so!

So breakdown of what I’ll post about in general:

• Blogs about destinations, travel tips, and more.
• Musing and Recipes about coffee and food!
• Photo/Video tips perhaps? Especially film and videography!
• and maybe some other fun things along the way~
